Everything I know about Italian food, cooking, and traditions is all from my Nonna Connie. She immigrated to Australia in 1967 and brought her Calabrese traditions with her, bringing a ‘little Italy’ to her home here in Australia.

CQ Pasta is dedicated to all the Italians who had the courage to pick up and leave Italy for a better life, taking their traditions to countries that welcomed them while leaving their hearts behind in Italy. Even though we are all oceans apart, our food is what continues to unite us all, connecting us at heart.

CQ Pasta exists to share mutual traditions and memories with so many. In my upcoming cookbook 'CQ PASTA- Nonna's Calabrese Classics', I share Calabrese recipes that many have lost over generations, recipes that have left a mark in our families from our mums, Nonni's and beyond. My passion is to help people regain the recipes they have lost along the way and to welcome them back into their homes.
